How can I track my order?
You can track your order here.
You will need your:
- Order # (You can find this in your Order Confirmation that you received after playing your order)
- Email address used when you made the purchase.
What if I never received my order?
If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement unless otherwise proven but if has been lost then fully replacement or full refund offered.
How can I cancel an order?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel. You must cancel within 12 hours of placement of the order.
Where does the jewelry come from?
Our jewelry is designed in NYC and hand-crafted in Italy.
What are your shipping times?
We ship the our products within 3-5 business days in the U.S from when the order was placed. We offer free shipping on all orders in the USA.
We ship all orders with USPS First Class Mail.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation to your email. Then, when the order has shipped, a tracking number will be updated to your order.
Do you accept returns?
We believe in world-class customer service, that's why our customers can try the jewelry piece for 14 days free of charge, if they don't like it, send us an email at email@example.com and we will issue a prepaid shipping label and send a refund to you.
